Data and its limits
The Euribor figures on this site are republished from public sources, the Bank of Finland for daily fixings and the ECB Data Portal for monthly averages, with a 24-hour delay. The newest fixing shown is dated 4 September 2026; there is no same-day data here, and there will not be. Values are fetched and processed automatically and pass a set of validation checks before publication, but automated processes can fail in ways that the checks do not catch. The site may therefore contain errors, omissions or delays, and no guarantee is given that any figure is correct, complete or current.
For any purpose where the exact value matters, in particular a mortgage revision, the authoritative figure is the one published by the administrator or by the official source your contract names, such as the Banco de España, the Banco de Portugal or your bank's own notice. A monthly average computed here may differ from the official average by a hundredth of a point or two; the methodology page explains why.

The implied forward rates on the forecast page are a computation from the day's fixings, not a prediction of future rates. The mortgage calculator uses a simplified annuity formula and does not model rounding, floors, caps, fees, insurance or partial repayments. Decisions about your own finances are yours, and a licensed adviser or your bank is the place to take them.
